Digital outdoor media group QMS has expanded its customer and strategic teams with four senior hires across Sydney and Melbourne, strengthening its capability in national sales and strategic planning.

In Melbourne, Sophie Mylne joins as strategic sales manager. She will work across national sales teams to shape client solutions and longer-term partnerships. Mylne spent 14 years at Dentsu, most recently at Carat where she led the AHM account, and previously held client roles at Vizeum and Mitchell & Partners.

In Sydney, QMS has appointed two group business directors for NSW independent and direct clients — a growing strategic priority for the business. Bianca Jeffrey moves over from Are Media, where she was group business director, following senior roles at Mirvac and Bauer Media. Katie Micallef joins from Nine, where she worked as group business manager, and has also held roles at Omnicom Media Group and TorchMedia.

QMS has also hired Jodie Bradley as group business director within the NSW agency team. Bradley spent more than 14 years at ARN across sales, strategy and partnerships, with earlier roles at Medium Rare Content, Ikon Communications and MTV Australia.

“It’s terrific to welcome Sophie, Bianca, Katie and Jodie to the QMS team. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of how to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers,” said Tim Murphy, QMS chief sales officer.

“Their combined expertise will strengthen our ability to create smarter, more effective solutions that help brands connect with our audiences in powerful ways. As we continue to evolve our business, our focus remains on partnering closely with clients and agencies to deliver innovative, quality campaigns that drive measurable and sustainable growth.”
