Meet your first 10 jury members for the inaugural Content360 Awards

Following the launch of the inaugural Content360 Awards in Singapore last week, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE is proud to unveil the distinguished jury panel set to evaluate the region's best content work.

As the industry shifts towards a content-first approach, this awards programme aims to recognise the most creative, effective and innovative content strategies from across the brand and agency spectrum. To ensure the highest standards of judging, we have assembled a panel comprising some of the most respected names in the industry.

“This inaugural edition deserves a jury that reflects the best in the business,” said Soren Beaulieu, regional content and strategy director at MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. “We are thrilled to bring a dedicated content awards programme to life with such a powerhouse line-up of judges who truly understand the intersection of strategy, creativity and results.”

Meet the current lineup who will be defining excellence at the upcoming awards:

Eugene Lee, APAC chief marketing officer, Chagee

Eugene Lee is a multiple award-winning chief marketing officer with nearly two decades of experience building brands and driving growth across local, regional and global markets. Currently the APAC chief marketing officer at Chagee, he leads diverse teams to create work that connects culture, creativity and commercial results. With a career shaped by international exposure, Lee brings a sharp understanding of how consumers think, feel and behave across markets. Known for pairing strong business judgement with creative bravery, he focuses on doing work that matters—building brands that last, teams that grow and impact that can be measured.

Mansi Trivedi, B2B strategy lead, dentsu

An award-winning strategy leader with 18 years of experience, Mansi Trivedi has worked with major global agencies including Ogilvy, McCann and Saatchi & Saatchi. She specialises in helping brands such as IBM, Microsoft and Nestle earn share of mind in the APAC region. Trivedi focuses on the intersection of insight and commercial clarity, valuing diverse perspectives to drive powerful outcomes in the B2B space.

Alex Chan, Head of brand, communications and marketing, Geneco

Alex Chan steers the brand, communications and marketing functions at Geneco, having led the company to its position as Singapore’s top residential electricity retailer. With more than 20 years of experience, Chan has built successful brands across the telecommunications, FMCG, utilities and chemical sectors. His expertise spans brand strategy, public relations and social media, and he has guided his teams to secure multiple victories at regional awards events.

Pat Law, Founder, GOODSTUPH Singapore and Indonesia

Pat Law is the founder of social media agency GOODSTUPH. With over 20 years in digital and social advertising, Law is recognised for fusing cultural insight with craft. She was named one of Singapore’s most influential creative directors and has shared the stage at Adobe Max with global icons. A strong advocate for inclusion, Law is actively involved in networks supporting diverse communities.

Dhiren Amin, Chief customer officer, Income Insurance

Dhiren Amin brings over two decades of global experience in marketing, product development and senior management to the jury. As chief customer officer since 2022, he leads a team of over 100 staff across marketing and product functions. Previously the chief

marketing officer for Kraft Heinz Asia, Amin has launched more than 50 products and shaped over 200 campaigns across markets such as Indonesia, China, India and Singapore.

Primus Nair Manokaran, Head of creative, Our LEGO Agency, APAC

Currently the head of creative for Our LEGO Agency in APAC, Primus Nair Manokaran has an impressive track record that includes winning five Cannes Lions within his first five years in the industry. His previous work for Diageo was accepted into the Guinness World Records, and he served as executive creative director at BBDO for three years before joining LEGO.

Jayss Rajoo, Director of marketing, Pizza Hut Singapore

With a career spanning 20 years, Jayss Rajoo is known for driving growth through innovative brand strategy and disruptive campaigns. As a digital frontrunner, she has integrated generative and predictive AI into Pizza Hut’s marketing, positioning the brand as the first consumer label in Singapore to adopt AI-driven creative at scale. Rajoo also holds patented packaging designs that have helped shape distinctive brand identities.

Joanne Theseira, Chief executive officer, Publicis Communications Singapore

Joanne Theseira oversees the creative agencies within the Groupe, including Leo, Chemistry and AKA. Driven by a belief in the cultural impact of brands, she also serves as chief growth officer for Publicis Groupe Southeast Asia. In this capacity, she works with a diverse regional team to scale growth potential for clients across the Asia-Pacific market.

Kenneth Lim, Assistant chief executive, marketing group, Singapore Tourism Board

Overseeing global destination branding, Kenneth Lim has been with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) for two decades. Since taking on his current role in June 2023, he has led the marketing group and previously spearheaded initiatives to support the tourism industry during the pandemic. Lim’s international experience includes leading STB offices in India and managing operations across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Debra Soon Group head of brand, communications, marketing and experience, Singlife

Leading an integrated team at Singlife, Debra Soon partners with business leaders to drive revenue targets through brand, communications and customer experience. Her career spans over 30 years in regional leadership roles across media, property, automotive and tech industries. Prior to her current role, she held bottom-line responsibilities as managing director of Channel NewsAsia and chief customer officer of Mediacorp.
