Netlink, an Indonesian media agency under Link Group, has refreshed its leadership team with a series of senior appointments across media and strategy.

Didit Darmawan (pictured, centre), formerly country media director at L’Oréal Indonesia, has joined Netlink as media director. Meanwhile, Evanggala Rasuli (pictured, left), previously general manager of marketing at Emtek Media and partner of content at WPP Media, has been appointed head of strategy.

Darmawan brings experience across media strategy, investment, commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships. He began his career at Mindshare Indonesia, working on Unilever’s hair care and home care portfolios, before spending more than a decade at L’Oréal Indonesia and serving as head of media at Godrej Consumer Products.

In his most recent role at L’Oréal Indonesia, Darmawan led media investment initiatives, developed partnerships with global platform partners and established commercial governance frameworks to support media investment decisions.

Meanwhile, Rasuli brings more than 15 years of experience across advertising and media. His background spans strategic planning, creative storytelling and integrated marketing.

Beyond advertising, Rasuli has worked on creative projects across film and comics. He co-wrote the 2018 horror film Sesat, directed Andalusia, which was selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in South Korea, and wrote the comic series HeartXBreak.

Netlink has also appointed Audy Syafitra (pictured, right) as associate media director and strengthened its key opinion leader (KOL) specialist team. Syafitra brings more than 19 years of experience across advertising and media, having worked with global agency networks including IPG, dentsu and WPP.

“After many years with a global network, being part of a homegrown Indonesian agency has given me a fresh perspective. I see a lot of promise in Netlink, and I’m grateful for the chance to contribute to its growth,” he wrote.

The appointments come as Link Group steps up its investment in talent development. Recently, the company introduced LINK IGNITE, a leadership programme aimed at fresh graduates and final-year university students.

The programme is designed to give participants practical experience across media, marketing, data and technology, with guidance from industry leaders through workshops, live projects and involvement in campaigns for local and global brands.

The company is also positioning LINK IGNITE as part of its broader effort to build a new-generation advertising, media and content platform across Southeast Asia. The selection process is scheduled for late October, with successful candidates set to begin the programme in November 2026.
