KMC Solutions has appointed Paula Queaño (pictured) as its new director of brand and communications, strengthening its leadership team as the firm looks to further raise its profile and expand industry conversations around its business.
Headquartered in the Philippines, KMC Solutions is a flexible workspace provider with operations in the Philippines and Colombia. Queaño joins the organisation under its growth marketing function, where she will focus on SPACES, KMC Solutions' corporate real estate-driven business segment.
In her new position, Queaño oversees the company's corporate branding and communications, including reputation management, media relations, content development, strategic events, and growth marketing. She reports directly to Bianca Osorio, VP of growth and revenue operations, and Tracy Ignacio, chief operating officer at KMC Solutions.

The appointment builds on Queaño's experience across corporate communications and consultancy. Prior to joining KMC Solutions, she served as VP of corporate communications at NEO and held consultancy engagements with the Asian Development Bank. She also co-founded strategic communications agencies Haptic and Spatial.
Speaking on her new role, Queaño said one of her main objectives is to strengthen the company's visibility within the industry while building on its established reputation.
"A key priority in my role is to spark conversations about KMC Solutions across the industry and further elevate a 15-year-old legacy brand that continues to accelerate and evolve at a remarkable pace," Queaño told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
KMC Solutions describes itself as the Philippines' largest coworking and flexible workspace provider, with employer of record (EOR) services in the Philippines and Colombia.
The company said its presence in both countries provides international clients with offshore and nearshore hiring options in Southeast Asia and Latin America. Its website states that KMC Solutions has more than 500 clients, ranging from multinational corporations to SMEs and startups, across 36 office locations. Its footprint also covers 136,383 square metres, comprising 25,000 seats, 450 private offices and 81 floors.
The company said Queaño will help drive a shift towards experience-led communications as traditional marketing models continue to evolve. Such a strategy will enable people to "physically and digitally experience true flexibility rather than simply reading about it", bringing the brand closer to businesses and individuals, it stated.
Queaño aims to redefine work-life balance through "intuitive, lived experiences", creating welcoming "third spaces" between home and the traditional office where people can feel focused, grounded and supported, and promoting a vision of the future of work as flexible.
