Design Bridge and Partners’ managing director of Hong Kong Hannah Duley (pictured) has left to join HSBC as head of employer brand for APAC.

Within the newly created role, Duley will report to Kristien Turner, global head of employer brand, HSBC. Heading up the newly formed employer brand team, Duley aims to shift the focus towards talent.

“Our objective is to drive incremental impact by consistently enhancing talent experiences and boosting talent advocacy. This approach will not only reinforce our position as an employer of choice but also enrich the experiences of external stakeholders interacting with our business,” Duley told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

Duley joined Design Bridge and Partners in 2021 as APAC regional client services director. She was then promoted to managing director of Hong Kong in 2022.

Prior to Design Bridge and Partners, Duley was the APAC regional innovation director of Ogilvy. Duley had helmed various senior agency roles in New Zealand, Hong Kong and London.

Duley said: “For too long, branding has concentrated primarily on marketing to external audiences. However, to truly maximise brand impact, businesses must ensure their brand is integrated into everyday experiences, starting with their talent and employees.”
