FCM Travel Asia picks new head of marketing

Corporate travel solutions firm FCM Travel Asia has named Gursheel Dhillon as its new head of marketing, according to Dhillon when MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out. She will be handling Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, India and Japan in her new role. 

Dhillon, a seasoned marketer and communicator, has been a pivotal part of the business, overseeing public relations and communications across six key markets in Asia thus far. She joined the team in 2023 as its regional PR and communications lead.

In the role, she worked closely with the managing director of Asia, global head of PR, regional director of marketing and key stakeholders to lead the strategic development and hands-on execution of corporate PR strategy to position the company, its brands and executives in domestic media outlets in Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan and Malaysia.

Dhillon has also crafted winning strategies for diverse businesses in the lifestyle space and boasts an extensive regional network.

In tandem, Dhillon is also the director of luxury lifestyle marketing agency Vanillaluxury.SG. Vanilla Luxury offers a spectrum of services that include marketing, public relations, partnerships, events and digital marketing. The agency has since branched out with a luxury lifestyle digital magazine.

Prior to starting Vanillaluxury.SG, Dhillon was head of public relations at  Eclectique F&B Concepts. In the role, she crafted strategies for PR for Elcectique's F&B concepts which included Permata Singapore at Gedung Kuning, Nusantara Singapore, Shabestan, Cuba Libre Clarke Quay & Frasers Tower, Pita Tree, SgDeliveryOnline, Amazing Chambers Singapura and EcWines, according to her LinkedIn page.
