Digital Symphony builds on property momentum with new wins

Digital Symphony has secured two new property developer clients, Tan & Tan Developments and Myra, as the agency continues to strengthen its footprint in Malaysia's real estate sector.

Tan & Tan Developments, part of IGB Berhad, has appointed the agency following a competitive pitch to handle performance marketing, creative production and website development for a new project. The partnership began in July and will run for an initial one-year term.

Meanwhile, Myra, a property brand under OIB Marketing Sdn Bhd, has appointed Digital Symphony through a direct negotiation to lead its performance marketing efforts under a three-month contract, with an option to extend for a further three months. Myra currently has 16 developments in its portfolio, including Myra Senja in Subang 2, Myra Cove in Cyberjaya and Myra Park in Nilai.

According to Digital Symphony, Tan & Tan selected the agency for its expertise in property marketing, track record of supporting successful launches and AI-powered optimisation tools.

As developers face growing pressure to generate higher-quality leads and improve marketing returns, Digital Symphony said more clients are seeking integrated digital strategies that combine performance marketing, media strategy, lead generation, website development, digital consultancy and lead nurturing across the homebuyer journey.

Supporting this is the agency's continued investment in DS AI Labs, where it has developed AI-powered tools aimed at improving campaign efficiency and lead quality. These include intelligent lead nurturing solutions that engage prospective buyers through natural language conversations, helping developers respond to enquiries more quickly while improving appointment conversion.

"We're honoured that respected developers such as Tan & Tan Developments and Myra have placed their confidence in us. Today's developers are looking beyond media buying. They want partners that can combine technology, data and performance marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes," said Kuhan Kumar, CEO of Digital Symphony.

"That's where we've continued to invest, particularly through our AI capabilities and performance marketing expertise," he added.

Separately, A+M understands that Digital Symphony has also expanded its remit with existing client ParkCity Group. Initially appointed in the first quarter of 2026 to drive lead generation for ParkCity Damansara, the agency has since been tasked with social media strategy and content, a website revamp focused on AI search readiness, as well as lead generation for Desa ParkCity and ParkCity Botanika in Cyberjaya.

Earlier in March, A+M reported that Digital Symphony started 2026 with seven new business wins, six of which came from the property development sector. The new clients at the time included MRCB, Chin Hin Property, 1 Pavilion, TSR Capital, ParkCity Group (for ParkCity Damansara), Australian developer Shayher Group, and fluid technology group Watson-Marlow. The agency also secured four additional projects from existing clients.
