Dentsu Aegis Network restructures regional team

Dentsu Aegis Network has announced its new management structure in Singapore and across the region.Rosalynn Tay, chief executive officer of Dentsu Singapore, will take on the role of CEO for Dentsu Aegis Network Singapore, steering the operation across eight of its network brands. Audrey Kuah, previously CEO for Aegis Media Singapore, is now chief client officer for Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia focusing on client development for non-Japanese clients.Both will report to Dick van Motman, chairman and CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Southeast Asia.Meanwhile, James Hawkins will add to his responsibilities at Dentsu Möbius by taking on the role of president of Dentsu’s Digital Capabilities in South and Southeast Asia.Tay will continue to lead the operations for Dentsu Singapore. She joined the agency in June 2013 and the last six months of her tenure alone have seen many new account wins for the agency including The Singapore Navy and Land Transport Authority.Kuah, who joined Aegis Media Singapore as CEO in October 2011, was instrumental in driving the business in Singapore towards double-digit growth, the agency said. Focusing on international client development for non-Japanese clients, Kuah also leads in the network’s marketing efforts in Southeast Asia. She will work closely with van Motman in generating new business opportunities.Hawkins, who founded Dentsu Möbius a little over two years ago, contributed to the regional business that puts "digital at the forefront of marketing." Hawkins' expertise will boost Dentsu’s digital capabilities in both sub-regions, the agency said.Commenting on the new appointments, Motman said: “ Audrey Kuah has been instrumental in growing the Aegis Media business over the last years. It is an absolute privilege to be able to appoint a CCO of this calibre and use her expertise to develop new business opportunities to innovate the way brands are built in Southeast Asia is an absolute privilege.”On Tay and Hawkins' appointments, van Motman added: “Over the last eighteen months, Rosalynn Tay has strongly driven her business to be one of the most highly contested agencies in Singapore. The same goes for James Hawkins who has delivered an outstanding record at Möbius for the past two years."
