Chinabank remixes its jingle to celebrate customers in latest campaign

Chinabank has launched a new social media campaign featuring a danceable rearrangement of its corporate jingle, extending its customer-centric brand narrative through a celebration of shared success.
The video centres on the idea of Chinabank as a trusted partner in the “dance of life”, illustrating how the bank moves alongside customers as they work towards their aspirations. It features people dancing with CAI, the bank’s digital ambassador, to reinforce the message that customers need a banking partner that can keep pace with life’s changing rhythms.
The campaign also shifts the narrative from the bank’s own brand commitments to an expression of gratitude from its customers, presenting their success as a reflection of the relationship they have built with the bank.

This follows Chinabank’s 2024 brand refresh, which reinforced its “Focused on you” positioning, and its 2025 anniversary campaign celebrating its ties with the people and communities it serves.
The latest video marks the next phase of that positioning, using music and dance to communicate the bank’s role in customers’ lives while translating its customer-centric message into social media content.
The video is available on Chinabank’s official YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels.
Previously, Chinabank took a humour-led approach to relaunching its My CBC mobile banking app, featuring Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee and her mother, Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez, in a comedy skit about digital banking. The campaign marks a lighter tone for the 104-year-old bank, using Filipino pop culture and relatable family dynamics to connect with consumers.
Released around Mother’s Day, the video highlights app features including biometric login, QR payments and digital account opening. Chinabank has since launched My CBC Online, extending its digital banking experience to web browsers.
