EVA Air concludes creative pitch for MY

Taiwanese international airline EVA Air has tapped Malaysian advertising agency Kingdom Digital as its new creative agency of record (AOR) for Singapore and Malaysia.
As part of the partnership, the agency will work closely with EVA Air to strengthen brand awareness, drive anticipation for its flight routes and promotions, and create engaging consumer experiences. The appointment officially commenced in March 2023.
The partnership also saw Kingdom Digital execute its first on-ground experiential event for EVA Air, “Worlds Within Reach,” at One Utama Shopping Centre from 20 to 24 November 2024.

Titled "Worlds Within Reach", the event transformed a section of One Utama Shopping Centre into an immersive experience reminiscent of an airport and runway, attracting an incredible turnout of visitors and travel enthusiasts.
Visitors embarked on a travel-inspired journey, progressing through phases such as Check-In, Departure Hall, Baggage Claim, and Vacation Time. Each section featured custom-designed games that highlighted EVA Air's key destinations worldwide, where participants collected points by completing challenges and redeemed them for prizes at the Baggage Claim section.
“Kingdom Digital has been instrumental in establishing our social presence in Malaysia since the beginning. We are excited to see the creative initiatives the team will bring to help us expand our wings and reach greater heights in the local market," said Au Yong Yoon, deputy manager, EVA Air.
