Digital marketing agency 2Stallions has appointed Tyler Chin as its new head of social and content, strengthening the agency’s creative and social capabilities across the region. Based in Singapore and Malaysia, Chin will lead the agency’s social media and content marketing departments, overseeing teams and campaigns across Asia.
Olwen van Dijk-Hildebrand, head of operations at 2Stallions, told A+M the appointment marks a continued push to scale the agency’s organic and creative offerings. “Tyler brings a wealth of experience in social media and content. We are excited to have him and elevate our organic client campaigns to the next level,” she added.
Chin’s remit includes leading the content and social teams to deliver creative digital work across clients in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Indonesia, working alongside the agency’s performance and software teams.

Having began his career in consulting at HAYS, Chin made the pivot towards marketing and advertising at a software company SelfDrvn Enterprise as a marketing strategist, before joining Our Stories Lab. In 2023, Chin took on the role of account manager at Choobub Creatives for a year, then headed to Naga DDB Tribal where he was the senior manager for brand management, working on campaigns including CelcomDigi’s Skuad 5G, and Astro’s Bride from the Past MRT activation.
“My primary weapon has been setting up moments that audiences can connect with, then giving it a second life online through video,” Chin told A+M. Looking ahead, he is focused on helping clients break into short-form video more effectively, while also exploring how AI can be embedded into workflows to improve efficiency across the team.
He added that Malaysia’s evolving market landscape remains a source of motivation. “Malaysia is uniquely geared to be a powerhouse in Southeast Asia. With global trade shifts, the market is attractive for brands expanding outside of Singapore or entering Asia for the first time. There is always an opportunity we can capitalise on for our clients, and that is what gets me fired up daily.”
Naga DDB Tribal has seen a number of people movements in the past year. After nearly 11 years at the agency, COO Clarence Koh stepped away from the agency for a career break in September. He also served as CEO for 19 months around 2023.
The agency's former head of social, Allen Looi also departed for Mutant Communications In August. His role was taken over by Allison Jong in October, reporting to Hajar Yusof, head of digital experience at the agency.
